The land is currently being developed as an off-grid, agro-tourism destination encompassing agricultural, recreational, residential and commercial uses. Over 5 square miles of land is under managment. We are building extraordinary renewable energy systems and growing some of the highest-quality food on the planet.

Our rentals include tractors, excavators, skid steers and so much more. Primarily serving Colorado's North Western Slope. This entity's operating status is currently on hold.
Guardian Restaurant is coming soon in Q2 2026. Serving the finest quality food produced with extraordinary levels of farming, ranching and culinary consciousness.
